Limoncello



Ingredients:

10 lemons

5 limes

500 gr sugar

500ml water

the juice of 2 limes

1 litre of vodka or rum or gin


Preparation:

Peel off the lemons and limes, make sure you leave the white part out. Put them in a jar add any of the suggestional alcohol and airtight them for a week in a cool dark place. Prepare the syrup by adding the sugar the water and the juice of 2 limes in a pot. Let the mixure boil in  medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the syrup, after it cools down, in the jar with the lemons seal up and let it rest for another 3 days.
After that your limoncello is ready...strain it in bottles and keep it in the refrιgerator!!! cheers

Tzatziki dip



Ingredients:

1/2 a kilo yogurt

1,1/2 cucumber

1 or 2 gralic cloves

olive oil

white vinegar

1 or 2 spoons of dill

salt and pepper

Pizza with whole grain crust





Ingredients for the crust:


- 250gr whole grain flour
- 8gr dry yeast
- 1 tea spoun sugar
- 1 tea spoun salt
- 1 spoun oregano
- half a cup olive oil
 -lukewarm water

Vegetable stir fry with noodles



Ingredients:
- a package of rice noodles
- 1 red, 1 orange, 1 yellow pepper
- chinese cauliflower
- 1 tin of bean sprouts
- 2 or 3 carrots
- soy sause & sweet soy sause
- 1 spoun peanut butter
- 1 garlic clove
- ginger
- sesame oil & olive oil

Veal with white beans in the oven





Ingredients:

- 1 kilo veal
- a cup of white beans
- 1 red, 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 leeks
- 1 chili pepper
- olive oil
- black pepper, red sweet pepper
