Limoncello



Ingredients:

10 lemons

5 limes

500 gr sugar

500ml water

the juice of 2 limes

1 litre of vodka or rum or gin


Preparation:

Peel off the lemons and limes, make sure you leave the white part out. Put them in a jar add any of the suggestional alcohol and airtight them for a week in a cool dark place. Prepare the syrup by adding the sugar the water and the juice of 2 limes in a pot. Let the mixure boil in  medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the syrup, after it cools down, in the jar with the lemons seal up and let it rest for another 3 days.
After that your limoncello is ready...strain it in bottles and keep it in the refrιgerator!!! cheers

Tzatziki dip



Ingredients:

1/2 a kilo yogurt

1,1/2 cucumber

1 or 2 gralic cloves

olive oil

white vinegar

1 or 2 spoons of dill

salt and pepper
